Delivery Information

Delivery prices shown or quoted are for ‘UK Mainland’ only and do not include the Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands or other off-shore addresses. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that deliveries are made promptly, times quoted for delivery should be treated as estimates only. We will make all reasonable endeavours to deliver on time but we cannot not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss or damage caused to customers by late deliveries.

All deliveries are made by UK courier companies and include insurance for goods in transit, this is paid for by the customer and will be charged at the time of placing your order.

Please, please, please check you order before you sign for it. We cannot take responsibility for goods that are damaged or missing in transit if a customer signs for their delivery, declaring it to be in good order. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your delivery, the boxes look damaged or there are items missing, please refuse to sign for it.

If you are unable to check the boxes at time of delivery, please only sign once you have written on the delivery note to state that the delivery was UNCHECKED. Also, please only sign for the number of packages you have received. If the delivery note indicates 3 boxes but there are only 2, be sure to write this on the paperwork before signing.

If you do have a problem with your delivery, let us know straight away. If you wish to return any goods you should do this within seven days of receipt of your order. Please see are returns policy. Goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition if a refund is to be given.
